  1. Do all of your clients have the same issue? Yes. It is most likely due to our software's problem. However, it could also be due to server's temporarily down. No. It is likely NOT due to our software's problem.

  2. App freezes: Update iOS

  3. App used to work fine, now loose tracking and data noisy: Clean camera sensors

  4. Cannot login anymore: click on “forgot password” on the login page to reset

  5. "Invalid Lab ID": Make sure the Lab ID did not expire

  6. Upload failed and the app shows "send via mail": install an app called “mail”, set up the mail app, choose “Send via E-mail”

  7. The app shows "Login Failed, you can only login on the same device, please contact the lab if you want to change the device": your account or subscription is tied to one specific device only.
