Lost, Return and Refund Policy for SnugFit SureScan 3D Scan Mirror
Items, if claimed lost, yet stated as delivered through the USPS tracking system are not eligible for refund.
Items returned in as-shipped condition in their original packing within the return window (15 days of delivery) is fully refunded.
Items returned in as-shipped condition within the return window due to a quality issue is fully refunded.
Items that are returned missing their original packaging, unsealed, or with original tags present but unattached is refunded with deductions totaling up to a maximum 10% of the item’s price.
Items that are returned missing nonessential parts or original tags, or showing minor signs of wear or use for reasons not due to merchant error is refunded with deductions totaling up to a maximum of 30% of the item’s price.
Items that are returned damaged, without merchant error, is refunded with deductions totaling up to a maximum of 50% of the item’s price.
Items damaged are not eligible to return.
How Long Does Refund Take?
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to us. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
