Return Policy, Terms and Conditions
Lost, Return and Refund Policy for SnugFit SureScan 3D Scan Mirror and SnugFit Stand.
1. Lost Items: Items marked as delivered in the carrier's tracking record are ineligible for a refund if claimed as lost.
2. Standard Returns: Items returned in their original packaging and as-shipped condition within 15 days of delivery (the return window) are eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee equal to 25% of the sales price and any incurred shipping costs.
3. Quality Issue Returns: Items returned within the return window (within 15 days of delivery) due to a quality issue and with the approval from SnugFit Solutions will be refunded, with the shipping fee deducted.
4. Returned with Partial Packaging/Condition (within the return window):

Items missing original packaging, with unsealed or unattached original tags, are eligible for a refund, but a deduction of 30% of the sales price as a processing fee and the shipping cost.

Items missing nonessential parts, original tags, or showing minor signs of wear or use (not due to merchant error) will be refunded with a deduction of up to 50% of the sales price and the shipping cost.
5. Damaged Returns: Items returned in damaged conditions are not eligible for a refund.
How Long Does Refund Take?
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to us. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
Terms and Conditions
Xyken LLC DBA SnugFit Solutions shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from or in connection with using the SnugFit SureScan Mirror and SnugFit Stand.
